JERMANE BRITTON

Jermane Britton is most notably known as a manager and brand consultant to some of the most respected names in the entertainment industry.

Britton began his career as a dancer for Cajmere and Dajae, veteran artists who gave us the House music classics “Percolator” and “Brighter Days”, respectively. He embraced the grueling work schedule inherent in the lifestyle of a dancer and used the experience to buttress his core principles of hard work, sustained excellence and unwavering dedication to every project to which he lends his expertise.  Britton took the invaluable experience he gained as a dancer and seamlessly made a few noted entertainment business-related career changes, first as a road manager and later as Director of Promotions for underground dance music imprint Cajual Records.

After a successful stint at Cajual Records, Britton sought new challenges and was eager to try his hand at artist management which lead to him accepting an offer to work as a label manager for legendary Grammy winning producer/remixer Roger Sanchez at Narcotic Records.

Britton eventually decided to give his management experience wings and started his own management firm / record label, Kid Dynamite Inc. Shortly after establishing the firm, Britton went to work releasing a record by Dajae entitled “Time,” produced by E-Smoove and licensed under Defected Records UK. He also took part in the successful release of "Everyday My Life”, produced by yet another dance music titan, Felix Da House Cat. Building further on his past triumphs, Britton expanded his client roster with the addition of house legend Barbara Tucker, who eventually collaborated with David Guetta in 2003.

As Britton’s company profile began to rise, he decided to relocate to Los Angeles in 2004 and immediately began working for R&B singer Kelis. While juggling the responsibilities of working with Kelis, Britton also managed recording artist Smoke, facilitating his feature on Kelis' Grammy nominated album Kelis Was Here.  In 2012, he added dancer/actor/ professor, choreographer Victor Rojas to his growing roster of influential talent and brokered a deal that found his new client working as a dancer for Lady Gaga’s Artpop Ball World Tour . 

2015 was another fruitful year for the Kid Dynamite brand with Britton collaborating with Rocket In My Pocket and, Interscope Recording artist Brooke Candy on her “Rubberband Stacks” music video and he added “movement coach” to his impressive list of career choices when he worked with artist/choreographer/spokesmodel Jonte’ Moaning. Britton continued drawing on his past experiences as a dancer by also working as a movement coach for Lyor Cohen/300 Entertainment artist Conrad Sewell and his debut single “Hold Me Up” as well as an upcoming project for Charles Perry, an artist whose past background vocalist credits include Michael Jackson, Luther Vandross and Whitney Houston. 

Currently, Britton continues to embrace new challenges and diversify his career accomplishments, as evident by his foray into unscripted series production. He recently signed on as a principal cast member of Invite Only Cabo, a television pilot that chronicles the (mis)adventures of celebrity hair stylist Larry Sims and a cadre of his closest buddies, of which Britton is one, as they navigate the choppy waters of a dream vacation and interpersonal relationships.  The show recently wrapped production and is set to air May 14, 2017 on the Bravo Network. 

With Jermane Britton having accomplished so much already and with plenty on his “To Do” list, it is inevitable that this kid’s next move(s) are nothing short of “dynamite” — Prepare and take cover!
